Stearns Bank remodel by Verdi construction
adds retail aspect to larger 7300 france ave. project

MINNEAPOLISMay 10, 2007Verdi Construction, a full-service general contracting firm headquartered in Plymouth, Minn., announces the completion of another phase of its larger 7300 France Ave. build-out of office condominium space project.

Verdi Construction built out the space on the first floor of the 7300 France Ave. building to accommodate Stearns Bank, which was already a tenant at this location. Drive-up accommodations were added to better serve the needs of bank clients.

This $400,000, 7,500 square-foot project was undertaken by Verdi Construction in conjunction with Mohagen Hansen Architects. The project is being developed by Hunt Associates and Pratt Ordway Properties.

“One of the truly nice aspects of this project is that by converting this building on the desirable France Avenue strip to office condominiums, a number of ‘little guys’ have the opportunity to own an affordable piece of real estate in one of the most prominent areas in the metro area. We’re proud to be associated with this exciting development.”

Verdi Construction brings together more than 60 years of construction management and expertise in the areas of retail, office and industrial projects.
